Just curious if you find it makes a difference updating your photos on a somewhat regular basis or tend to leave the STR photos the same once you have somewhat found a sweet spot?

They tend to go after rookie investors and have seen to many in my network that have purchased "bad deals" and are in a bind with NW deals.

Rates tend to be 25 to 50 basis points above commercial (5+ unit) apartment building loans, and 50-100 basis points above residential (1-4 unit) loans.

Although these platforms tend to accept bigger deals from sponsors with a lot of experience.

I tend to agree and don't think it will be an issue.
