Greetings everyone,I have no idea where to start with this but if anyone has a suggestion on who to contact in order to get either the government or banking/mortgage industry to jump in and work on allowing a stoppage of mortgage payments until, at the very least, they allow businesses to reopen; please let everyone know.I'm not stating anything that we already don't know, but there are going to be millions of people who aren't able to pay mortgages or rent in the upcoming months.

Palm Springs also just announced stoppage of all STR - including hotels, vacation rentals, etc.

I asked if he knew of "stoppages", which he didn't, but it left me with a small amount of doubt.

Here’s the clause from my lease that addresses it: “Tenant shall be charged for repair of drain blockages or stoppages, unless caused by defective plumbing parts or tree roots invading sewer lines.”

There is a clause in our lease that says:"Tenant shall be responsible for all costs related to any repair or maintenance of any plumbing stoppage or slow-down caused by Tenant, whether accidental or purposeful.

Initials: _______b.Tenant agrees to pay for clearing the sewer drains of the Premises of any and all stoppages, except for those stoppages which the Landlord will agree were caused by defective plumbing, tree roots, acts of nature, or which are declared in writing to have been so caused by the plumber or other person who is called to clear the stoppage.

DRAIN STOPPAGES. 

The only non-MLS leads that I have come across were from conversations with neighbors while doing some rehabs and spotting postings on doors (tax notifications, work stoppage etc.).  

For increases in prices (or even just a stoppage in further price decrease) there has to be more demand and less supply.

the stoppages you are getting could be the symptom of another issue, such as cast pipes rusting up, improper installation of pipes or fittings, etc.
