When you close an exterior door, look to see if any visible daylight peeks through.

You could sneak into Morris Co maybe, but it would small and low on rents in towns like Dover or Netcong. 500k in Hudson, Bergen, and Essex Counties are rehab specific in most cases or hiding something.

There is no origination listed, which is odd for a DSCR loan...I would double-check that that's not something they'll sneak in there later.

Otherwise, guests will try to sneak people in to save a few bucks.
