Hey everyone, I’m trying to decide between purchasing a single-family home or a multi-family property for my first real estate investment in Detroit, and I’d love to get some advice. 

Additionally, there was no business license registered in the City of Atlanta.Suspicious Communication: The individual identified as Chris Anderson had a heavy foreign accent and provided convincing but dubious claims about the company's legitimacy.Questionable Financial Arrangements: Upon loan approval, the wiring instructions directed the loan fee to a Capital One checking account under the name of a supposed loan facilitator—a 85-year-old woman in Florida.

The first is  single story 3 bedroom 2 bath, the second is a two story 3 bedroom 2.5 half bath.3.)

I met them at BP con. we could never sell miami new builds as investments we sell in Columbus Ohio through them for single family and small multifamily 

@Joshua Telles, you will probably see LOTS of inconsistent communication with prospective tenants.
