You simply follow the law and you don't have anything in your contract that violates any requirement.Simply stating jurisdiction of the contract, that it shall be governed by the laws of the state of kali, will do.

Those that are doing the taking are also free to move to bankrupt states like Kali and most of the northeast and pay 2-3X in taxes to make up for all of the social engineering they deem necessary to make things right.
