Any landlord that offers this should have their head examined! 

Dealing with warranty service is a pain in any situation but when you also have to deal with a tenant on top its even worse.

If you're anything like me, customer service is the main draw for me when I am choosing any service provider.Look at websites, reviews and testimonials.

Owners mistakenly ASSUME all PMCs offer the exact SAME SERVICES and PERFORM those services EXACTLY THE SAME WAY, so price is the only differentiator – so, they often select the first PMC they call or that calls them back!

FDIC means teh Bank is the one underwriting the loan and funding the loan and in most cases they hold/service the mortgaege.

It means the seller has listed the property with a flat fee listing service.

I would put it on craigslist and FB to see if anyone wants it for free.Otherwise call a junk removal or abandoned car removal service.
