Personally, I got my license for purely selfish reasons first - then started representing clients and fell in love with the relational component.

Well, the Managing Member, the SOB, upon a receiving a large capital gain from sale of property [a §1231 gain] took the unusual and selfish step of grabbing most of the proceeds [damn the OA], and for good measure allocating a lot of gain to Members [again, damn OA].

At the end of the day, your lender does this for a living to provide for their family, and by you wasting their time and doing a double application with another lender you are just being selfish.

I think selfishly I would want to be surrounded by home owners haha even though I would be renting.Good question though.
