Would it be possible for me to qualify for an FHA loan as an 18 year old with no credit history (well I will have a little after i get a credit card). 

We like doing the hard work of doing due diligence, researching property histories, getting estimates, negotiating contracts, etc.We're also going to be looking to buy and hold in the near future possibly by BRRRRing.

I would suggest finishing school, working as a part time agent while you are at school, saving commissions for investing, and working with a team that focuses on investing as opposed to residential sales.There are also local meet ups every month. 

The history of New Haven and Hartford lead me to believe that these major cities could make a comeback in the next 10-20 years.

The house is in a great school district.

Credit report - We review their credit report for payment history and ongoing bills.

My university had resources for parents and alumni which included where to stay and info about the local area so you can try connecting directly with the school.

Verifying last 2 years of rental history very important!
