I'm in a number of social groups for private lenders and have run into a lot of scams.

This seems like nothing but a scam.

I do not know this one specifically but most courses and coaches online are a borderline scam.

They are pure GARBGE. 3 months after they issued my premium I still get calls from their clowns to sign something and that insurance is not bound....I dont believe they are operating a insurance company, likely a scam artist to be honest  Sounds like this is an issue with their call center/in-house agency? 

Sadly, on BiggerPockets, some are quick to label companies as scams without real experience.

I had never fallen for a scam like this but Dutch is really believable and uses the God and country stuff to entice investors.

I also got in touch with  Murthy Chintalapati, seems like a scam.

Or they run a scam where they pretend to be the landlord and steal prospective tenants security deposits.

Under the law there is no way around the scam.

I got scammed by someone telling me I couldn't write anything off or taking depreciation without an LLC and that I found out was a lie later.
