From my research, RE programs appear to be regional; in the Northeast, NYU and Cornell have good programs.

Happened before.Get the "reset tool" and you can "re-program" the locks without a key if the tenant were to re-key them, or if they "lose" the program.

If you took the money that you were to invest in a college RE program and invested in some quality re courses it would seem that you would be much farther along.don't get me wrong having a degree is great, but it is not something that I needed to become a a real estate agent or real estate wholesaler or landlord, all of which I currently do.Unless you plan on seeking employment in the real estate field with a firm or something like that, where you need to be hired I would advise skipping the degree.I went into real estate so that I could have time freedom and financial freedom, and it has brought me a lot of both, but if I were to go and get a JOB in the real estate business I am sure I would probably lose out on both.

If you are truly worried about cost get the keyless entry locks you can reprogram.

Burnt out lightbulb, toilet flapper not seating, worn agitator dogs, bad ballast in fluorescent lights, faulty circuit breaker, leaking wax ring in commode, loose p-trap cap connecters under sink, modem has reset to factory default, thermocouple needs replaced on hot water tank, filters need replaced for central heat/air, ceiling fan needs balanced, lint trap on dryer is torn, source input needs reprogrammed on HDTV remove, headboards too close to wall and making impact damage. 

I am currently a senior at OSU in the RE program soon to graduate with a business degree from fisher.

The display is very clear and easy to use and if the guest reprograms it to the wrong settings, I can go into the app and adjust it to the proper settings.

Utilize a lockbox or a digital lock that you can reprogram from your phone for each guest.

It is a great read and helps to 'reprogram' your mind into better and more positive thinking.
