Living in a camper van for 3 years while working remotely is impressive — that kind of adaptability definitely carries over to real estate.

It's basically built on top of WordPress core and they made it simple and easy to navigate.Where in wordpress, you have to get some plugins (some are also monthly paid) to achieve the same kind of functionality. As @Todd Heitner mentioned, SEO is not just about having a good hosting/platform and features, it's about utilizing the features in a way so your brand has visibility and people that come into your website gets proper value of their time spent. Here's a table comparison for you that I wrote earlier:Now whether you have a carrot or a wordpress site, for SEO, you will need:- Website Credibility (Personalisation)- On Page SEO (Keywords, Titles, Meta Tags, Description, Image ALT Tags & Optimization etc)- Monthly Content Publishing (Regular Blogs & Location Pages)- Monthly OFF Page SEO (Citations, BacklinksNow if you consider the cost, end of the day it's quite same for both the platforms. But if you are starting fresh, I see no point of having their 180$ plan, you can continue with 89$/month plan from carrot and assign someone in your team to put regular blog posts and update the location pages.

If the fireplace is just in a spare area of the property, I’d leave it as a decorative feature to enhance the cozy vibe.

Platforms like Procore, JobTread, Buildertrend, and FlipperForce have caught my eye, but I want to make sure I’m considering the best fit for my needs. Here’s what I’m looking for in a solution:Cost Estimation: A tool that accurately calculates material and labor costs.Project Oversight: Features to manage tasks, schedules, and budgets efficiently from start to finish.Vendor Integration: Real-time updates on pricing and inventory from suppliers like Home Depot or other suppliers.Material Suggestions: Automation or recommendations based on the rehab’s scope and specifications.Labor Planning: Tools to predict labor hours and staffing requirements for each phase of the project. For those of you who’ve used any of these platforms (or others), I’d love to hear your thoughts:Which software have you found most effective and why?

I made a few thousand less than expected but I figure that's just the cost of doing business sometimes.Based on my experience I wouldn't let the remote possibility that a homeowner might go into greed mode dissuade you from doing these deals.
