Knowing the average bP buy and hold investor this type of information would be for advanced investors that deal in the back end of real estate not the front end like most who just want to buy a house for under market rehab refi rent or flip. 

You’re likely not hitting 500 hours (one of the tests) so you’re relying on the 100+ hour and more than anyone else’s time or substantially all the time in the activity.

On Real Estate Rookie Youtube we just released a new Rookie Reply episode that has a question pertaining to First Time Home buyer's.

I just never knew how to get in and working the 9-5, kids, home, etc took my time.

I am thinking about doing this full time and was wondering if there was a coach/professional i could speak with to give me an honest assessment on my current real estate portfolio?

It is hard and will be a full time time job to do it right.
