Hi AllWe are looking for a lawyer that specializes in multifamily real estate deals (5+ units) that is also comfortable putting together an operating agreement for our newly established partnership.Unfortunately/fortunately, we are not locked into a specific state currently so a lawyer that has experience in multiple states may be a better route.Does anyone have good recommendations?

All real estate transactions in SC must be conducted by real estate attorneys.

Not saying anyone on BP would do that of course but you know real estate is full of shysters and plain old criminals. :)
