The larger woman, who said she was moving out voluntarily at the end of the month (they're paid up til then), was the aggressor.

I did speak with an IT consultant who has been involved in a couple of large company ransomware attacks and I was told realistically it could be at least  December before we would see the funds. 

The other large downside of crypto at the moment is the large exponential growth in ransomware attacks.
