When I first started I let all of my calls go to a pre recorded voicemail...had a lot of hang ups and even the people who left a message I had a tough time getting them to answer again.

You might as well send someone to a pre-recording, nobody likes to hear a sales pitch. 

My question is in setting up my pre-recorded hotline and my online landing page, whats the best way to disclose that I'm an agent but not scare them away.

I have been pre-recording a virtual tour to send interested parties who either do not want or can’t be in person for showings.

To that end, here's my offer:Let me create a pre-recorded webinar series dealing with the calculators - perhaps as much as 4 30-minute webinars.

Our print and internet ads have a phone number to a pre-recorded description of each property, along with an overview of requirements and the THREE scheduled showings for the week.

It allows for live and pre-recorded video tours, and virtual open houses.  

A day or two later we each got a pre-recorded phone call from the Learning Annex saying they had accidentally included the tickets, but since it was an honest mistake go ahead an bring a couple friends for free.

You can get answering services that will give you 30/40 minutes of talk time for 50 bucks a month or so, or you can leave your own pre-recording on a Google Voice number and just call them back.
