@Patrick GoswitzI like to have the contractor pick up small things like screws and tubes of caulk etc but I pick up the majority of the materials because I know exactly what I want and I feel it’s easier for me to pick them up directly.

Chris just think about the U tube guru's who say they fund like I do but you have to pay them 10 to 15k up front to be in the club..
