(Also, there's a bit of 'strategy' involved in that owners might not want to take homes 'directly' from each other's parks; it could start a war where owners are poaching from each other.)Generally most community owners would love to bring in used mobile homes that are in decent shape and of good value.See the photo to get a sense for why this strategy works for my friend, the community who buys it, and the resident who will live in it (these are just hypothetical figures):
