Looking for a long term play with rent stability more than making huge cash flow.

We want to buy an arcade machine for our STR that plays a bunch of different games.

Should I play harder and get into land development?  

I graduate in may and I am projected to play professional baseball after the MLB draft in July.

Hi Robert,Given you are looking to buy another rental (long term), a cash out refinance on the existing property would be a good play here.

I highly recommend you play with that tool to start getting an understanding of what things you can do to positively affect your credit! 

When you have a proven track record of performance, then you can play with other people's money. 

Are you leaning toward a quick sale so you can focus on Oregon, or do you see potential in holding onto this Florida home as a cash flow play?
