Many of our borrowers/clients have one LLC that owns the building and another than own the operating business.

You need to learn how to run a business.

Small boutique firm, lower mgmt fee, personalized service, good mentions from here (BP forums), focused only on KC.

I second @Erik Estrada Chase offers great programs for business, multifamily, and conventional loans for commercial properties.

The closing of this business is what lead me to “double down” on real estate. 

So far I’ve gotten mostly local businesses and a few colleagues that are following me.
