Maybe don't post on YouTube, but more FB,IG, TT where they can more easily be removed or date stamped....Today is Jan 1, 2024 and I'm doing an open house at 123 Main, come on by if you want to see inside this gorgeous house.So join a brokerage with a lot of listings.You might also think about just shooting generic videos of the neighborhood, vs of specific homes.Good luck....make a mark in 2024....year of the Dragon.

Not to mention the drag on your time to deal with tenants will be more.In my experience, it's easier to lose money the further you are geographically from a property.

Section 8 tenants are good because they are sticky, but if the screening is bad you can get difficult/hoarder type tenants that are a drag on the building because they can't get along with the normal tenants, cause roaches/rodents, etc.
