Hey everyone, I'd like to introduce myself/my company to those I haven't spoken to yet. My name is Justin Dragone, I'm the acquisitions manager at Aligned Real Estate Partners. My partner @Axel Ragnarsson and I are active real estate investors in the New Hampshire area, and we are looking to continue transacting in the upcoming months. In 2023 we bought 100+ units and are planning on buying 200+ in 2024.

Currently, we own ~300 units mainly in Southern NH and are credible buyers capable of closing. We're seeking 5-100 unit, B/C class multifamily properties with a value-add component.

Hi Justin,

I'm also in NH. Not sure I can bring any value to you though as so far I own one duplex. I do know Axel as were in the same high school different graduating classes and frequently listen to the Multifamilywealth podcast, I did connect him with my agent that has now made the swithc to commercial.
