Also, subscribe to Ancestry.com and begin you search by looking for any existing family trees others have already performed before starting a new family tree pedigree chart. 

I mean anyone can describe how its done. but can it actually be done in the real world..Been around money and investors for 40 years.. it takes some time.. investors want to know you have pedigree and training... rookie investors that don't really know the score you can fool them
