It is much easier to find leaks using air with a larger air compressor (3.0 CFM or larger, not pancake style) because it puts out enough air that you can sometimes hear it coming out of a split pipe.  

I think this calls for pancakes.

If there is a joist in the center of box, they also sell a fan box that is a pancake size and goes under the joists.

The can of beans is dented, the pancake mix box is crushed on the top.

It had indoor/outdoor carpeting glued to it, and when I finally pulled the carpet up, several big but thin chunks of concrete (like pancakes) came up with it.Many of the reviews I found online seemed to say that it looks great when completed but only lasts about a year.

What I would do is invest in a tree farm and make maple syrup, and build a pancake house.

Nowadays recessed downlighting still adds a nice look to a place - however you barely even can tell that something's not recessed with those thin pancake LED fixtures.
