Sadly because they are over populated with 400 dogs the dogs that are there are not as well as taken care of as they should be either.There is a push by the rescue community to save as many dogs as we can.

I can't even stand some of the ridiculously overpopulated suburbs here in Illinois. 

Whether the "exodus" is real or not, with the overpopulation of the Bay Area, I still think the supply-demand is still high.

They're going to push back on over population and fire codes with you renting it to strangers. 

Vacation markets like Destin work better as opposed to more metro markets.Do you feel vacation areas like Destin have become over populated with STR in recent years?

At the same time, building ordinances in Seattle, in combination with the general overpopulation and density of the city, causes more and more families to seek alternative housing locations.

From what I can find online, the area seems like a pretty good, solid middle American town with enough population to support numerous rentals but no so many people that you end up with the over-populated, big-city problems.

It won't take many of those type of incidents to make the other tenants move.The other issue is that you may be in just as much trouble with the city for the overpopulated apartment as the tenant if the city can prove that you knew about it and did nothing. 

The crime scores and areas that have been 'rougher' were much smaller in size as well.The south-western portion of the Beltline has already had investors over populate the market.

TONS of Chicagoians moving to NW Indiana so they can keep their same jobs but our weather is much of the same as Chicago and unfortunately, thanks to Lightfoot, we're very over populated right now and home prices are at an all time high.
