IMO, my principal resident(PR) does not give income persa, and it is at a high interest rate, so I will pay off my PR loan with extra income (let's call that outgoing interest).

It's required by ordinance that the water be changed between each guest.There may be a certain amount of trial and error as you work with your cleaning/maintenance staff, communicate well with them but give them space to do their jobs, and if it doesn't seem to be working out, go to someone else.  

Both Schwab and Fidelity allow for outgoing wires for placing alternative investments like real estate, for example.

If this is an accepted practice in North Carolina then something is definitely off.It seems like an awfully underhanded way to finance a potential vacancy loss using the outgoing tenant.

They would want to gravitate to you, be able to trust you & do business with you if you got the type of energy an out going person has.

I'm looking for something that will give me a local number and allow for incoming AND outgoing faxes.I currently use grasshopper for incoming faxes and fax.com for outgoing.It's disappointingly AMAZING that neither or these services allow for both incoming and outgoing.

Not all syndicators are similar, there are some that take on huge risks and they might not even realize it because for almost 10 years you could buy poorly and the rapid appreciation bailed you out, going forward they might not be able to repeat what worked before.  

I recently had an outgoing tenant have a total fit when I reminded them that their lease ended May 6th so they still owed for those 6 days of May.

The damage by the outgoing tenant was not that extensive to warrant all the upgrades.
