I am in one of the higher tax brackets and could be saving around 40k~ a year on taxes with this.

I could see homes listed daily as well as price adjustments immediately as they occurred, on the homes I had saved.

Don't expect to learn complex issues with extremely significant consequences from online forums.

Contrary to popular belief on these forums, a GOOD PM will save you money and headaches, not the other way around. 

It's a ridiculous mandate by the legislators who thinks they'll save the environment on the back of tax payers.my point stands.

Easy Street is a good option BUT you need CASH in liquid checking/savings for down payment of 20% and BIG chunk 2-3 times loan amount to buy out of a prepayment penalty.

If you are inclined to go down the DST route, I would highly recommend going with a RIA who can help save you on fees and provide true due diligence analysis.
