It merely is includes in the offer now as opposed to being listed on the MLS.

If you want a registered agent, there are services offering that starting at $40.

Both things are happening.Buyer agent commission is still negotiated up front with sellers although there is the option not to compensate a buyer's agent - aka have the buyer pay their agent.We also tell buyer's agents to include their commission in the offer.

What do the offer and at what cost?

It has been my path to financial independence, but I mostly am not looking in San Diego currently and I get many off market offerings daily (so even below retail the hold is cash negative).  

Everything they offer is exactly what I have been needing help with in my business.

In the inner City those neighborhoods tend to be densely populated with residents who own their homes and when there is a vacancy the home is normally purchased and flipped by investors watching the MLS like a hawk. 

I currently have 3 rentals and my offer on a 4th was excepted yesterday 11-19-2024.

The customer service informed me they didn't offer this service at the time and they were now informing clients they offer this service.
