(This is a long sentence.)We’re going to be gifted with a healthcare plan we are forced to purchase, and fined if we don’t,which puportedly covers at least 10 million more people, without adding a single new doctor,but provides for 16,000 new IRS agents, written by a committee whose chairman says he doesn’t understand it,passed by a congress that didn’t read it but exempted themselves from it, and signed by a president who smokes,with funding administered by a treasury chief who didn’t pay his taxes, for which we will be taxed for four years before any benefits take effect, by a government which has already bankrupted social security and medicare,all to be overseen by a surgeon general who is obese and financed by a country that’s broke.

I'm sure that it is one of the biggest and best changes that has happened in your life.I saw your avatar a while back and was curious because I too used to be morbidly obese.

I have a long time tenant who is in his mid-60s and is becoming increasingly physically disabled due to obesity and diabetes.

Also consider Americans are often big people (statistics say well over 60% are obese or overweight), and a queen is just unbearably cramped if you're bigger than the ~1940's average adult when Queen and King size became available.  

But there has to be some upper limit on medical costs in the US especially that outcomes at a broad level are not really improving given the headwinds of obesity etc, even if you can make a tenuous case for better outcomes in a given cancer (I spent hours researching this recently).Young doctors will get themselves into mega debt to go to medical school if there is the promise of making it back through the high pay specialities.

Morbidly obese individuals have a difficult time in the restroom.
