They have a nascent light-rail system with one line running from north to south.Dallas is a major international hub and has a pretty impressive public transport system.

The industry’s governing bodies (CTIA, MMA, FCC) have implemented complex and often fluid rules and regulatory requirements about the use of text messaging and these will likely appear intimidating to the nascent user....

Here's why...Although BHAM is not the sexiest market out there, it is a nascent market-not saturated with big hedge fund dollars gobbling up all of the properties and driving up acquisition costs for the local mom and pop turn-key operators.  

I agree with you that there are nascent wholesalers that don't know what they're doing.

The MTR space is still very nascent so the tools we take for granted in other niches aren't developed or are not well developed yet.
