I'm interested in learning about what you do. I'm relatively new to SoCal and am nascent in my REI career.

For the wholesalers in SD, introduce yourself! How did you get into the wholesaling-area of our favorite asset class, what are the requirements or guidelines you follow in SD, what have you found that works from you, what doesn't work for you? How has COVID-19 or the hot-MLS market affected your off-market business?
