There's a "rare" case of the property owner declaring bankruptcy before the day of the sale... you can lose your entire bid amount that way... that's atleast what a lawyer stated in a consultation.I don't honestly think I have a snowball's chance of getting a property that a bank, who hasn't already redeemed it, is going to think is worth their time to pursue me after it's finalized - but I'd be lying if I said that didn't spook me a bit.

Hahaha I’d be lying if I said my love for the Office didn’t have any part in my reasearch of Scranton. 

I'd be lying if I didn't say I became totally hooked on the idea of real estate investing!   

I have had mostly good tenants, but would be lying if I told you all were good.
