I really wish I had seen a detailed review of Foundation Property Management (FPM) or TurnkeyInvest here on BiggerPockets before signing on with them several years ago.

As a professional property manager for going on 20 years and a real estate investor, I still encourage people to manage for themselves. 

I believe some of their people are likely here on the forums and can jump in, they also had a booth and sponsorship at last years BP con so if you went you may have seen them.I came across the service because I had a client who was going to self manage, and wanted me to lease the units for him, and the property was a mixed use building with his business operating out of the ground floor. 

(They should invest and be managing their own portfolio - imo).

My thinking is very rarely at the subject level, usually at an "if then" level and this is what it conveyed to me.
