However while people in Windsor doesn't have the luxury of high paying jobs that GTA residents have, is it just a temporary fever of buying houses, or there is really something going on in this city ? 

There is a war brewing very near, and since Dubai is a luxury market, it is likely to get affected more by a recession than other markets.

On my project, the land I bought was originally slated to be Phase 3 of a 3 phase luxury neighborhood development but the builder ran out of coin.

My current purchase (closing in February) is a luxury cabin that will be an STR.  

It also has a 1700 square foot finished basement, and a brand new 3 car garage, with 1100 square foot luxury apartment above.  

I am hoping someone educated can chime in on my specific situation.I am a high income earner, owning a construction business that specializes in wineries and luxury residential.

These are luxury duplexes consisting of 3 bedrooms and 2 car garage units.

Investment Info:Small multi-family (2-4 units) other investment. 17 luxury duplex development located off of Galm Road in the vibrant growing North West San Antonio.

Seems like investing in a more luxurious shower is a better way to go.
