For this service were we saved his financial butt I charged 3X of what he would have paid with Kiavi or Lima one etc.. but those guys cant move like we move.. so it all worked out And thats pretty much the niche i have carved out..

Lima one is local to you NC based but strong in the Deep south..

I contacted Lima one, and the same day i was issued a generic pre approval based on a bank balance and credit score alone for over $1MM, unfortunately they are not lending in IL so I will keep that option open when we are looking in other states.

You will most likely see this with much higher priced properties or maybe if you have an established relationship with the bank.For the single family and 1-4 multifamily investors out there a lot of private money is now catering to these types of investors, think B2R and Lima One Capital.

(We'd be there still if not for the irresistible lure of overseas spots like Medellín, Colombia and Lima, Perú!)

I have a large LOC out with Lima One as we are actively involved on the build side ourselves. 

I heard from Lima One... answer also no.I like Ridge Lending, they were very helpful and easy to reach.Is there anyone else worth asking?
