Waiting until the 1-year period ends avoids potential loan issues and simplifies things.

After waiting out a lengthy eviction and doing nothing more than a clean-out, we listed it with a realtor—and walked away with just shy of $200K in profits!

Best to get an engineer to lay out.  

Currently just waiting it out and hoping for the best to start the year so I can move on and dive into better opportunities. 

Warehouse space for the win....right now....just wait until AI machines are efficient and need half the space.
