If you have paid, like we did, swallow the pill and learn what you can.

This may me a hard pill to swallow considering you apparently paid an attorney to draft your leases for you.

That's going to be a hard pill for most folk to swallow. 

Paying above market to gain other benefits is sometimes a difficult pill to swallow, but for the unbiased investor looking for the best” ROI the risks and rewards must be analyzed rationally.  

These days I'm more concerned about fentanyl "It is 20 to 40 times more potent than heroin and 100 times more potent than morphine" they are usually little blue pills and you might see small squares of burnt aluminum foil.

I also see people in your situation who as a newbie do okay, that's all I'm gonna say about it and you can take what you want from that because I don't have the Magic Pill to give you to make this work.

Being taken advantage of would be a tough pill to swallow for me so I've been (overly) cautious when looking to put my money into an investment.

Nobody wants to lose any money, but losing $5k or $10k is a much easier pill to swallow than losing 50k or 100k.
