In New Jersey,Is it advisabel to have me the landlord added as Additional Insured vs Additional Interest?

There are much more landlord friendly towns in New Jersey.

Hi Nicholas,I currently only own one property here in New Jersey so do not have that much experience.

South Jersey more landlord friendly than North Jersey, but you have more appreciation in North Jersey. 

New Jersey state law allows for owner occupants to have much more freedom. 

I live in jersey but bought my property in Pennsylvania because jersey and NY are extremely expensive.

But again, I can't say for sure if New Jersey is wildly different on this than KC. 

@Gregory Schwartz Believe California, Colorado, Illinois, Maryland, New Jersey, Rhode Island, and Virginia have similar laws.
