@Jeni Nikolova look up their license on the state licensing website, if they are a broker I'd first make sure you are in the right, then call the state association of realtors for guidance, many have consumer resources to help people who've dealt with shady agents.

Jen,I think I understand what it is you are saying.With a remodel or retrofit as you are calling them, these will be installed after the sheetrock phase.The thing to take into consideration is the labor of the electrician.
