Tom Evans Does a shared well agreement prohibit STR usage?

It does later say in the agreement that it is:"binding upon persons who own, lease, sublease, or occupy any parcel or portion thereof"The inclusion of which seems to imply that long term renting and/or subleasing would NOT be commercial use.I'm trying to figure out if I'm taking a significant risk buying this property for use as an STR.

I would imagine this would be close to a balance sheet.I'm not sure what my CPA would want, but that looked pretty inclusive since I categorized my transactions into their respective categories, ie property management, and repairs.

Are you stating that you have made, or have heard of an investment on Prosper of $10,000 that pays interest only payments of $320 per month for 36 months and then your principal of $10,000 is returned; or is the $320 monthly payment INCLUSIVE of principal and interest and the loan amortized over three years?

I find it more helpful to track on my total cash into the deal (inclusive of furniture, amenities, etc), so cash on cash and monthly net cash flow are the two metrics I find are most informative when I'm looking at a purchase.

I realize you are still looking at a house hack and I would encourage you to focus on that, "since February" is a bit vague (is that inclusive or exclusive of Feb?)
