So, it's not usable for the acceleration exercise.Case not yet closed.Find one which matches your expectations and is downloadable ... if I have time, I will look for others.... or, re-download the Vertex32 file since you may have inadvertently hosed it up (even though it's locked up pretty well).... or, build your own. 

@Alan Grobmeier  you will love this from your perspective.I bid on a 40 unit section 8 project in Hattisburg MS.. a few years back ( did not get it)but the builder was brilliant he built these for his style of tenant  Block construction painted on the inside and out.. concrete floors... and industrial grade doors and hinges... floor sloped alittle to a main drain in the middle... concrete counter tops  etc etc.so when tenant went out  high pressure hose came in and cleaned it all out  LOL.. you take little homes in the mid west that are lath and plaster or sheet rock with carpets and you will be spending a ton of money on turn over.my new construction I bought in MS were all stained concrete floors... only carpet in bed rooms.

Then there are some in between that may have a composting outhouse and a hose spigot, but no full electricity etc.  

Perp has been indicted and investors got hosed like most investors do when things go bad or were Caught in a rob peter to pay paul scenario . 

Hey All - One of my tenants ran a load of laundry and forgot to put the disscharge hose in the utility sink for when the wash drains.

That is the best advice I can give you.The forums have several folks that have gotten hosed by the city trying to do a STR even though they did everything right.

Fix that and re-test with a hose...

Investors if they follow his advice are going to get hosed in that market as well.this is just like the Sub to guys that post under different names..
