Are there stand alone or central humidifiers running, lots of stove top cooking, long showers???

Conventional systems work well and allow you to add options such as humidifiers or electronic air cleaners.

I plan on removing wet portion of backing boards, spraying Borax treatment on studs and any board still attached, letting central A/C run for a few weeks along with humidifiers to completely dry the studs out.

Basement - a couple of things 1- is not completely dry has humidifier that I turn on now and again to lower moisture as floors (concrete) can get some water in it. is this a problem for a rental?

I immediately bought a humidifier on Amzn for next day delivery and used it on high with a 1- 3 part vinegar-water ratio.

Someone suggested it may have been from a humidifier or the heavier rains we got last season.

Mostly because the built in humidifier was not used during the summer.I eventually did use Green Home Solutions of North Shore.

I would not be surprised to see that kind of bill; about 12 years ago I had a busted pipe that flooded out my house and the electric bill from the humidifiers and fans was over $1,000.

The Seller's proposed solution (add a humidifier) does not solve the issue.
