I love this concept of a developer working directly with a rural municipality to build affordable housing.

@Kash Tacke I'm a big fan of ADU's in general especially here in the mid west, yes you could potentially be on the front of the wave, but housing density is the solution to the affordability issue, anytime you are investing with affordability in mind is a great strategy to me, and sound like there are some incentives or at least supporting winds form the local city, that in itself seems like it would be worth at least approaching an architect or contractor to bid up some plans or concepts to take tot he city.  

Your tenants who faced with an already tight household budget may decide to rig the issue instead of fixing it properly.

I've exchanged our place with another host by on a 1-1 bases.Host share seems to have an interesting concept of exchange available nights but within 5 days.....so what typically is not rented.

The target customers are the unbanked and underbanked population, which is 30 million household in US.
