The property is zoned as a SFR house and likely in a neighborhood of the same.Was the property not appraised by the bank when you got your mortgage?

I would like to get into house hacking another small multifamily as soon as possible.

I need to rent my house out but thinking about going the untraditional route ie Airbnb, Padsplit etc.

Total might be around $140k-$150k a year for in-house management, this is my estimate, I could be way off.

At that time I will get the house cleaned up and list it on the market and when it sells I've agreed to get reimbursed my costs for reinstatement plus any other costs plus a fee for my efforts.

Anyone in NWA looking to house hack a 4plex?

House gets foreclosed on when a borrower is not paying its debt obligations - typically its mortgage.buying foreclosures is not for the faint of heart as you have no idea of the interior of these properties lastly while it can be beneficial also realize if there are a lot in an area those homes are the new comps when trying to sell so it lowers home values in an area
