I've been working in software consulting services for over 15 years and it's kind of disheartening that I haven't been able to figure it out, but I've got other things to worry about (like how to get a few more properties so i don't have to worry about buggie tech crap anymore :) ).

PM is a service business and time is very valuable.

Hosts usually take 20%a good host replies to the guests quickly with clear check-in information a good host will troubleshoot thermostats, WiFi, and get the house cleaned and ready quickly for the oncoming guest.

Salt water anything brings with it a host of new problems. 

You can be super hosts for 10 years and have 0 claim experience.
