Check your lease, but in any standard lease, there will be some clause that says they have to abide by laws and/or not bother their neighbors or cause disturbances, etc.This means, you can say they have violated their lease - which then gives you the right to give them a remedy or quit notice.I have to agree with the others - even if they are sweet, and the notice of violations only boil down to the dogs running around and not necessarily doing any kind of harm - they are now your liability.  

The question I was hoping you would answer is does Trump believe what he is doing is good for the country or is he knowingly harming the country for his own benefit? 

If you give contractors a prize for finishing early on time, they will finish then to get the prize, but there is plenty that can be left undone without you knowing that will harm you later.

I know YouTube has taken down certain videos before for having harmful content.

So if there is any kind of physical harm to the tenant say due to slipping on the stairs etc. the tenants renter insurance will cover the medical cost.
