When our regular flooring/tile guy was in a motorcycle accident and spent a month in a rehab facility, we visited him a few times and brought in foods he was craving.... hamburgers and pizza!

There is no explanation, cost sheets, whatever.No one gets a breakdown of gas prices, toll fares, FDA inspections, water costs, tax rates, and all of that when the cost of hamburger goes up.

Just as McDonalds knows people will continue to buy hamburgers over a 10 year period of time.There is also a viable strategy to buy RE with cash flow and have upside potential such as appreciation for added profit on the exit.
