He liked the house he got much better, and he grinned and told me it wasn't so terrible to have a little space away from his parents. lol (it was only like a 5 min drive but I think that was 5 minutes he appreciated!)

one property that i closed today is in the historic district of Charleston so everything is basically 1.5 to 10 million.. and the neighbors are in your grill constantly. and at one of the arch meetings they said exactly that they wanted input into who we sold to.. you just grin and bear it and keep your head up..

There's nothing better than to not have to worry about completely losing your lifestyle because you got fired. if you have the passive income to back you up, you can come to work everyday with a giant grin and just dare your boss to mess with you and fire you. 6800 per month is a very decent wage and i would milk every penny of it out of the company before packing my bags and saying goodbye.

Let's say for instance just for grins that 40% is all profit, he isn't going to give up 100% or 50% or probably 40% of it just because you have some steady work.
