At 268 members and climbing, I can't be prouder of the meetup that @John Van Uytven , @benjamin Hauser , and I have been able to grow out here in Seoul, South Korea.Of course, the road hasn't been a smooth "Kim Yuna-esque" glide toward 300 members.

I'm planning on being able to retire from my day job (which I enjoy unlike many here and it pays well so I'm not in a rush) in he next 5-10 years so my glide path gets me completely out of debt by then.

I don't think most buyers look at cabinet box construction, however I would make sure the drawers glides and hinges have the soft-close/blumotion hardware built-in.

What about taking a gliding path, and asking your current PM to do the construction for you?

Take a gliding path and figure some of the basic puzzle pieces out first. 

My plan is to continue down the path I've started, looking for off market, undervalued 1-4 units and use Deal Machine and I also have Land Glide to try to reach the owners.
