I’ve got quite the flu.

40 gallon, natural gas, assuming the space it sits in doesn't have to be modified and the existing flu pipe is good:  Material $450, Labor $80, includes haul off of old heater.Same size, electric, assuming no mods to the wiring or space: Materials $350, Labor $80.Add $40 parts and labor if a shut off needs to be replaced. 

I didn’t know I’d caught the stomach flu until it hit me half way through the meeting!

As it relates to corona virus, I was very interested in the fact of the Amazon expansion in this city which is being build 1 mile from the apartment complex.

In October/Nov gas prices will go down, student loan will be forgiven, rates will be cut a few times (although not anything meaningful), cpi or whatever flavor of the month that’s used to calculate inflation will be down, cash payments will be in discussion for people, border crossings will be down, truce will be brokered in Middle East,funding for police will be on table, our streets will be safer, it will be “cold and flu season”, certain political parties will be against voter rights and anti everything. 

It is good for you and will kill any bad virus!!

@Marina Flu  There are options for both loans based on personal income, and loans based on the property income, but using just property income will have a higher interest rate. 

I learned that from the Asian Flu, 911, Lehman, etc.

Long story short, Wife & I were planning to visit her family in Vietnam for entire month of August (cleared my work schedule) but recently learned wife is pregnant and her doctor & CDC do not recommend pregnant females travel to Vietnam due to risk of Zika Virus.
