This is why I tend to shy away from static hypotheticals or "fictitious" cases designed to project some kind of a return scenario that, in reality, is hardly ever the personal experience someone will have.

The business name should match the name or fictitious business name used on your broker's license.

I passed my NMLS test last year as well so I would be looking to hang my licence somewhere.

A closed forum where people "imagine" what happended or elaborate on completely fictitious "assumptions" then judge others on the assertion that all landlords do the right thing.
